Our lead foremen are master craftsmen and building methods are consistent; this is made possible as a result of our in-house production team’s knowledge of our process. This ensures seamless communication and seamless execution of your design we have developed during our planning process. This ensures a true team effort of everyone being on the same page at all times and working for a commen goal of exceeding your expectations.
Design Team
Our designer is a certified kitchen and bath designer as well as interior design to help assist you in finding the right products and colors for your lifestyles with a vast knowledge of products. Also used as your personal shopper while selecting those special items that brings your project to life. Our award winning design services will help expand the boundaries of your imagination, delivering exactly what you have been envisioning. Certifications: ASID, Certified Kitchen Designer and Certified Bathroom Designer.
Policies and Procedures
We have a documented policy and procedure to ensure your project is held to the highest standard of our ability. From your initial contact with us all the way through to your final walkthrough and warranty our process is documented for your convenience so that you can know exactly what to expect during your renovation project before it happens.
Quality Control Center
Norbut Construction’s facility is designed to service you and address your needs. All members of our office and field team are well informed as to your project and are prepared to address any of your questions. We also utilize our workshop areas to store supplies and inspect special order products selections for quality and accuracy before they are delivered to your project site to ensure that there are no surprises in your schedule.
Training and Safety
On a monthly basis all Norbut Construction craftsman are trained in a verity of new technologies and applications you are requesting. There are no radios or smoking allowed on our jobsites to unsure the quality of your life remain un disturbed as little as possible, as well as everyone must be osha safety certify to ensure your home is safe during your project.
