Barclay Square
This family of four wanted a lower level that everyone could enjoy. The project consisted of re-designing the basement into three different rooms: bathroom, bar area and an extensive theatre room.
The old bathroom was changed to include a granite vanity counter, a custom tile/stone stand up shower and a new tile floor. A closet was also added for additional storage.
This bar area has a custom built in wet bar that was installed with under the counter refrigeration. More storage area was added underneath the counter. The bar area adds a whole new demotion to this lower level; drinks and refreshments can be stored here creating a perfect spot for the family to entertain. The new egress window installation complied with local town codes and provided additional natural light into the room.
The pride of this lower level is the state of the art theatre room, complete with stadium seating. From any spot in this theatre you have a clear view of the high definition projection screen. The theatre is accented with custom built columns around the screen which include the built in speakers for the front and back walls of the space. The room is accented with crown molding and multiple light fixtures, perfect for creating a wide variety of moods.
